We absolutely loved our room. From the view on the terrace, the hot tub, to the great location - it was the perfect hotel for us. The charming feel of walking down the steps to the cave like room added to the ambiance of what we were hoping for during our stay in Santorini. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive. The room was clean and well equipped.

Location of this hotel is excellent. It is adjacent to the main pathway to downtown Oia and also close to the public bus station. The views from the balcony are incredible.

The staff was amazing, and reached out couple of days before the arrival, and coordinated all the time given the hotel setup on the island. The room was awesome with an amazing view of the caldera and the sea. The rooms are not typical hotel rooms, but bedrooms with attached bath and hot tubs. We had an amazing time and recommend this hotel to anyone interested for an incredible time in Oia. All the key scenic and iconic spots are a few minutes walk. Loved it.

Fantastic property, great location and Veronica the manager is a pleasure to deal with. The views are breathtaking and the Jacuzzi is well Placed for you to enjoy while admiring the beauty of Oia.

Fantastic place to stay with amazing views and away from all the crowds but close to all the restaurants and shops. There are lots of steps but our luggage was carried both ways for us. Stavia was lovely and extremely helpful

The room was clean, bed was comfy and the host was great. Our view from the balcony was beautiful and we were in walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was not what we expected- the photos posted did not show our particular suite. The bathroom (toilet) was on one side of the room and the shower was on the other- maybe this is common, we were not the biggest fans of the set up. Overall, the room was ok, just expected more from something titled “Luxury Suite”. Just would have appreciated if the photos of our room were similar to the original set provided. Our host was helpful, provided recommendations, set up transportation and helped with our luggage. We really appreciated all of her help and how kind she was

Diamond Luxury Suites are outstanding! Spacious well designed with a fabulous balcony view. Right on the promenade so you a short walk from shopping and dining options. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Stavi and her crew are fabulous and quickly respond to any need or request. Stay here!

Avoid this particular cove.

It was disappointing overall. The two key points people need to be aware if are as follows: 1. There is a persistent sewer stench in that cove and the owners know about it. They blame shift to the council and it doesn’t allow you to enjoy the view. The whole point is the view and the premium paid wasn’t worth it as we could. I have stayed in other parts of Oia witbiut this issue. 2. The steps down are dangerous and lots of people had trouble with this. Again I have stayed in Oia before where this wasn’t a problem. On the upside the service was responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room is beautiful. Staff checked on us every day and helped us to book private cars and cruise tour. The hot tub in the room did give us some allergy, it helped after leaving door and window open in the night . We discovered the stained mattress on our last day of stay which really made us feel uncomfortable. They could have done something at least.

Let me start by saying that Veronica, our host, was absolutely exceptional. She greeted us upon arrival and went above and beyond by helping us with tour changes, dining reservations, and transportation transfers. She was always in touch to make sure we were doing well and having a fantastic time. The cave itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and features very comfortable beds. The outdoor tub wasn’t quite what we expected — instead of a white tube, it was a jacuzzi tub — but that didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we enjoyed relaxing in the warm water at night. The view is simply magnificent, overlooking the ocean and Thirasia Island. It’s a great place with an amazing host. We definitely plan to come back!

Our host Anastasia was very excellent, she kept in touch with us 2 days ahead of our arrival making sure we got all the help we needed. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. Over all it was a great stay and everything was perfect by the host. I will book with them again if I have to.

Stavi and her staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or arrangements, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed in the classic island style, minimal, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy bed and private jacuzzi to the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Watching the famous Santorini sunset from the terrace was the highlight of the stay; the sky slowly turned shades of orange, pink, and purple, creating one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. It was a beautiful escape filled with unforgettable scenery, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical getaway.
