"Our stay was during off season so it was pretty quiet. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Jorge would message on what’s app to make sure we didn’t miss breakfast and Nykia communicated check in and the transfer from the airport very well. They were very helpful with advising us which places were open during the off season and where we should find more options as well as where everything would be closed. "

Bear in mind, you have to contact the hotel manager around one hour before your arrival, as there was no reception desk, you have to meet up the concierge from other hotel as I think this was one of their group hotels. "We loved our stay at Hill Suites! The manager, Tomas was amazing, helping with luggage, orienting us on what to see and suggestions for meals. The room was well appointed and nicely decorated with a private courtyard with hot tub. We enjoyed a hot breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean view, just amazing!"
