The location of the property was excellent, i was able to see the sunrise and sunset from my room, the staff were very kind and accommodating, the food was very good with lots of options to choose from and i like having my own private jacuzzi tub along with spacious accommodations.

The property manager Vera was very accommodating, I’m even surprised she would pickup my call and text me back @ 3 am just to ensure our airport shuttle was available and on time. The service she provided us was priceless, she just made our Santorini vacation even more memorable, and we appreciate her for that! ❤️👍👍

AMAZING! The communication and attention from the staff were incredible. I felt accompanied the whole time. Big shoutout to Vera, she was constantly checking on me, made sure I was getting my breakfast timely, got me into a great day tour and gave me my room earlier. She is the heart and soul of Sophia. The location was incredible and the views were breathtaking. Thank you for everything !!!

The view was stunning and the staff were incredible!! When we arrived our air conditioning wasn’t working and they upgraded us to a room with a hot tub/plunge pool. It was stunning!! The breakfast was amazing!! The whole team went above and beyond to take care of us for the whole trip. Our ferry was cancelled and the hotel manager immediately made sure we had another room for the night and by the time we made it back from lunch all our luggage was moved into the new room. The Greek hospitality was unmatched at Sophia Luxury suites! Thank you for everything Vera, Anna, Yanni, Amar and Marcos

We had a great stay at Sophia! We booked extremely last minute after our other accommodation cancelled just days before our arrival, and thankfully we were able to find Sophia — it truly couldn’t have worked out better. The location is fantastic, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The plunge pool and terrace were a huge bonus and such a lovely place to relax and unwind. The whole experience was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded our expectations, especially considering how last-minute our booking was. We’re so glad we found Sophia and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I really wish I can write a good review for this place. There was only two good things about it. The staff was amazing. The view was breathtaking, but this was nothing close to luxury. It was a cave. The bed was uncomfortable. We had to ask for several things that already should be part of a suite. The chair outside was falling apart, and everything was run down. Again, I wish I could give a better review because I really enjoyed Santorini!

Sophia Luxury was an amazing spot to pick for our honeymoon. The view was fantastic, the staff was very pleasant, and the room itself (superior honeymoon suite) was large and exotic. Improvement areas could have been more clarity in the privacy of the hot tub area. The underground cave pool was one of the top reasons we chose the suite. It was exciting to walk down the steps to it, but the water was not clean, the lights didn't work, and it was cold. The extras (shuttles, setting up a honeymoon welcome, massage etc.) were very expensive as well, which is mostly expected there but felt excessive through the hotel. Still we had great experiences with staff and especially Vera and gentleman who also firefights. Breakfast delivered to the room was an awesome experience. It was a blessing to be there. Overall definitely between 3.5 and 4 stars and worth a booking at least for the superior honeymoon suite.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, soothing, and the comfortable. Despite all of the positives, the absolute best part about staying here is the staff. As soon as you book, contact them to reserve dining, transports, activities, photo shoot... anything. They will get you the best prices and the absolut best service. They are very well networked on the island. Do not book with anyone else. Beautiful views, beautiful suites, and beautiful staff. You can't lose.

The location of this property is absolutely prime and the views are truly beautiful. Three is no question that you are paying a premium for the location and view, which are the strongest aspects of the property. However at this price point I expected a much higher standard of property maintenance and service. The property is showing its age in several areas and would benefit from some significant maintenance. While the location and views are impressive, the overall experience does not quite match the level of luxury you would expect when paying premium rates. The hotel relies heavily on its location and views to justify the price. If you are primarily looking for an exceptional location and great view, this property deliveries. However, if you are expecting a true luxury experience including the condition of the property and a consistently high level of service, there is room for improvement.

Our stay was amazing as this is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the view is like no other. We were disappointed in our room as it was advertised for two people but clearly could only fit one. There was no place for our luggage and though they tried to change the room, they not able to due to capacity. We were disappointed in our room and happy it was just for one night. The pictures made it look bigger than it was. We still loved our stay as a result of the view but just don’t feel that the hotel should advertise the room for two people at that rate. Breakfast was delicious but Ackward to eat on our public veranda where people pass. Otherwise lovely stay
