Very basic, but it was just what we needed. Apart from being very basic, it was excellent it all other aspects. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to come back to stay in Fira.

If you are looking for a basic place that is clean, centrally located, reasonably priced with really nice and friendly staff, then this hotel is recommend. Breakfast is through the restaurant beside the hotel and very very basic, but fine.

Excellent location in Fira

Very good cost/benefit relation. Excellent location. Just a few meters from the bus station and 2 minutes walking from Fira downtown. The hotel has everything you need. Simple and good.

For a short stay in Santorini, this is almost the perfect place to stay. Affordable, the bus station is just a few steps away, close to Fira center, friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the shower. It is very small, the curtain kept sticking to your body while showering.

Really good location especially if you want might life, dining and shops. Hotel staff were super helpful and accommodating especially as I had an extremely early check out. The hotel was clean and all the facilities (tv, shower fridge) worked. We booked as part of a girls holiday so we’re not expecting that much for our money however we were so surprised with how good this hotel was. Basic room but extremely lovely balcony and we felt very safe staying there. Thank you Hotel Santorini

We booked this hotel to stay for half a day, we had to check out from out other hotel at 11 am and and our flight was at 10 pm and we needed a place to hang out in between. It was relatively clean, with a comfortable bed and a working AC. The bathroom was really small and it was difficult to not touch the shower curtain when taking a shower. The location is in Fira near the bus stop so it worked for us.

Ideal location

The location is perfect as it is next to the bus terminal to different parts of the island and in the city. The stores and restaurants are all a stones throw away making this the ideal place to stay during your trip. The breakfast was delicious and the lady at the restaurant was warm and welcoming. She made everyone feel at home with her bubbly personality. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating. They even gave us an adapter that we could use during our stay. The shower set up was a bit awkward but we made it work.

No pool, no service to get luggage upstairs to your room, no breakfast, ear deafening construction next door. Sea view room was a peak through trees & appeared to be very distant. Location was adjacent to bus station, & only 3 blocks from caldera view. Room was clean & A/C worked. Hotel arranged for fee transport.

I don’t like the property’s poor internet, and small space for shower. Water pressure was not good. No hair dryer, nor elevator. Inconvenient for me as a traveler. No reception after 4pm as well. You are on your own after 4pm.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. We had to check out early and book another hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was small but that wasn’t the issue, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and very very dirty. Despite asking for it to be cleaned. The veranda wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sit out and it also had a pipe gushing dirty water onto it. We paid for a sea view to which there was also none! When I asked staff about the sea view the response was too bad as she shrugged her shoulders. They were supposed to have a concierge to help with bags, they didn’t and there are no lifts! The breakfast was terrible, no menu or choice other than a terrible man barking/shouting that you could have eggs. He refused to serve the other member of my party because they sat down 2 mins after I did, telling us that he was not there to run back and forward to tables. To make matters worse and why we had no option but to leave was because the room had an ant infestation. The front Door of the unmanned reception over night was constantly banging all through the night making it impossible to sleep.
