「場所は大きい通りにみんしていて交通量が多いと車の出し入れが大変でした。ロケーションは最高です。各部屋プライベートなベランダスペースがあって、のんびり出来ました。朝食もレストランの夕食もとても美味しかったです。フィラまで無料のバスが1日5本くらい出ていました。バス停は結構遠いですが、歩けない距離ではないです。私たちはここの滞在に大変満足しています。また滞在したいと思いました。」

「It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I love the staff; they are welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist. She is the best. The view is breathtaking, and it's a very romantic place. I would recommend this spot over the main city or Oia because this location is in the middle of the island, and you can go anywhere without dealing with crowds. You will enjoy it. The place is clean and good, and I love their breakfast, especially their orange juice.」

「Friendly host who met us at check in and explained everything! Free daily breakfast was a nice way to start our mornings and host made sure that we had it if we forgot to submit our order the day before! Place was cleaned every day and amenities restocked if needed! Would stay here again if we visit Santorini again one day and recommend to others! 「We syated for 2 nights at this beautifull villa with a jacuzzi, its was so amazing and relaxing, the service from all of the staff was very good, special thanks to Adrian who was working in the reception and took very good care of us from the checkin and even drived us so show the the Pyrgos Square for us to walk around and explore, thanks to the man and the lady for cleaning and serving our breakfast in the morning. 「Amazing stay at Ark Hotel. The customer service was excellent, everyone went above and beyond and really catered to our needs. Interacted with Costas, Penelope and Lisianna who were honestly the most kindest and generous people, always happy to fulfil our requests. 「The admin is excellent, helpful and kind. The location is convenient for me specifically who rather check different spots instead of only the heavily commercialized. The only downside is beyond anyone’s because I was with a female friend and everywhere you add 2 is not always couples, so ;(」

「when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date.
