Hi.. I booked 4 rooms for a family trip.. the staff are friendly, but The rooms need some work… the bathroom doors were hard to open or close since they are slide doors… also some tv’s we’re working others not… we stood one night and I don’t recommend if you need privacy…

There was only one towel available. I had no control of the Ac. They had to come up to lower the temperature to their designated degree. It was hot. The tv did not work. Only one piece of soap given.

Good hot water and shower pressure

This is a good location as it is accessible by bus, train, and taxi... all withing walking distance. My room was cleaned, I slept well and cleaning person was very attentive. English speaking person Luis comes in the afternoon and is very nice. So save your questions for his shift. They failed short by having me wait for 3pm checking time even though the room was ready to go. This was a Monday to Friday stay.

Tienen un servicio horrible. Fui en pareja, llegamos al hotel a las 11.00 de la mañana y la entrada era a las 3.00 le expliqué a la chica que a las 2 tenía una boda que si podía entrar antes y muy clara me dijo que no. Que siendo el caso tenía que pagar una diferencia de 1000 pesos. Pero esa antipatía fue lo que me mato. Okkk..... Por la noche llegamos y nos encontramos con un chico muy diferente a la de la mañana muy amable!!!! Le comenté lo sucedido y me dijo que si que si la. Habitación estaba disponible simplemente se tenía que pedir autorización a su supervisor y no había inconveniente..... Está claro que esa chica simplemente amaneció como quizo y listo... No lo recomiendo y tampoco volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel.
