"Nice pool area and delicious breakfast buffet."

"Our room was clean and the staff friendly. The bar by the pool was nice. The italian restaurant seemed to only offer the breakfast buffet. Cold cuts, fruit, coffee and such. Our room was right off the elevator, and other guests were not mindful of how loud they were in that area. Also a lot of street noise. If we came back, we'd want a room far from the elevator and not facing the malecon."

"The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff during the day are exceptional and not the same experience in the evening but overall good customer services. Close to everything including coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets, mini markets and nightlife and many shops. I would recommend and I would stay again. "

"Unfortunately, I had some issues with the apartment which could not be fixed during my stay. The door to the common bathroom was off its hinges when we got there and could not be repaired by the workman who came. We were therefore without a door to the main bathroom for the duration of the stay of 5 days. The other door frames had some issues with termites and could not be repaired either one of the doors keep draging on the ground. One of the chairs in the dining room was broken. There wasnt sufficient pots and pans, there was no frying pan and the tips of the knives were all broken. There was only one remote for all the televisions and one remote for all AC units in the apartment. The pool was not really usable and needed some cleaning. The host however was very responsive and apologetic about the issues, offering two extra nights which we could not take up since we had to return home. Overall, it was a decent apartment, but I did not enjoy the stay unfortunately."
