"Me and wife have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are clean, and spacious. Only issue I could point out is that AC is super loud. Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10"

The Garland is a perfect hotel if you have family, business or traveling solo. The ambiance is suburb. With that being said, the customer service and employees make it even better. "Long line to check in. Room wasn’t ready till after 4pm. Wasn’t a big deal as you can take the shuttle to Universal district to shop and eat. Would definitely stay again if going to Universal Studios."
