"Very walkable to Universal studios. Clean property, friendly staff. We had one minor issue with our room that was taken care of promptly. Great place to stay if you're visiting theme parks or touring Hollywood."
"Very friendly staff. Was especially glad to find laundry facilities to use as we were starting to run short of clean clothes! Dog friendly, but needed easier access to dog potty areas."
"We stayed 3 days. Not bad if you just need a place to sleep while universal trip. But my room was def not worth what i spent. Starting from the unswept floors. To the broken backboards from the bed. To the person laying in the area of the sliding doors in our room. Definitely wished I would’ve gone with my first option and stayed with family at the hotel over :(. Im happy the staff were great, i was too shy to complain:/."
"This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Very surprising since it’s right off the freeway. Not having carpets is really nice and the gated parking lot was terrific."
