The property is accessed via a secure access code, which will be provided prior to check-in for a seamless arrival.

Mogul Hill Road: This gravel road leads directly to the property’s one-car garage, with additional parking available at the rear of the house. Guests are requested to park away from the roofline to avoid injury to themselves or personal property.

Trails: Four-season trails for hiking, snowshoeing, back-country skiing, biking, and village access are immediately adjacent to the property.

Directions
Follow Schweitzer Mountain Road to Tall Timber Road, then turn sharply onto Mogul Hill Road to reach your destination.
Other things to note
Ski-in/Ski-out Access
This home offers ski-in/ski-out access, ideal for experienced skiers. Please note that the ski slope is not for beginners; it is recommended to ski at your own risk. For beginner trails, the base of Schweitzer is just a short (1 mile) car ride away.

Mountain and Hiking Access
In the warmer months, Schweitzer Mountain offers spectacular hiking and biking trails right from the property, providing stunning views of the Selkirk Mountains and Lake Pend Oreille. A variety of trails are suitable for different skill levels, from leisurely walks to more challenging hikes. Remember to bring bear spray when hiking, as Schweitzer is home to black bears. Always be aware of your surroundings and follow trail markers.

Vehicle Recommendation
A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for booking during ski season, as the property is located uphill.

Important Notes
Access to neighboring properties, including the Solitude property, is strictly prohibited for safety and liability reasons. Skiing through these areas is not allowed.

While most dogs in the area are friendly, please be aware that not all may be. Some dogs may react to skiers. Kindly respect their property and avoid skiing through their area at all times.
