「The staff everywhere in the hotel, at the pool were amazing. They learned and knew our name throughout our 4 day stay. They were genually kind and helpful. the Room was spotless and came twice a day. We were very suprised. Thank you again. 」

「Nice property, nice beach access, very close to Palm Beach restaurants. Property is a bit dated but okay, our room had a broken handle on the sliding door and bath door dragged badly, but we dealt with those minor issues. Concierge was not very helpful at all, surprising to me. Towels seemed to be an issue a few days. Really suggest getting your chairs tagged early, went down to adult pool and ALL chairs were tagged by 7 AM! Lazy river is very nice, suggest bring a floatie as they are pricey...

「We love Aruba and the people. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Reserving the palapa is a challenge, plus they were putting chairs and umbrellas in front of them. Not sure how you reserve those. The afternoon entertainment by the pool is a bit loud. Otherwise, wonderful. 」

「We loved the Surf Club! It was perfect for our family of 5 and first vacation with our grandson. Lots of places to eat around the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful.The reason for 4 star was 1) the process to get pool chairs and swim in pools was ridiculous and 2) I didn’t realize we had 3rd floor so beach front view was more of the trees and not the ocean!」
