「It a very nice place to stay, probably would’ve been quiet. But there was a lot of kids there for a baseball tournament, and since it rain the whole time. They were playing in the hallway's, yelling at each other from different floors. And the parents did nothing about it, and the staff was not doing anything about it either. But the breakfast is amazing and the staff is very friendly 」

「A group of us was tubing the river nearby and decided to stay a night rather than drive four hours home and we are glad we did! At least for our experience, everything was great! The hot tub and pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfy and the room we had fit four people comfortably. However, I think it is near a railroad because we would hear a train throughout the night but besides that, we slept fine. There is multiple food options near by as well. 」

「Myself, husband, and 18 year old daughter were in town for TXST new student orientation. The home was neat and tidy. It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. You could walk if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. The welcome gift of wine and a 30 gift certificate to the Palmer Restaurant was much appreciated. 「SXSWの宿泊で利用しました。DowntownからはUberで10分弱。立地は悪くないですが、最初に空港から乗ったUber運転手はこの辺りはあまりいいエリアじゃないと言っていました。ただ、実際に危険なこともなく、周りに何もないのでDowntownとの往復だけであれば問題ないかも。 施設はMotelとHotelの中間という感じで、基本的に部屋の状態はそこそこ。 シャワーブースはお湯が出るまで10分くらい出しっぱなしにしておく必要がありました。 大きめの冷蔵庫やクローゼットもあり、部屋としての使い勝手は、とりあえずいるには十分だと思います。」
