"The property was beautiful and clean. Easy access to everything. The food options were great and food as delicious. I loved that I was able to make dinner reservations before my arrival through the email received and or a quick phone call to secure a spot. Also the hotel was not extremely full so if needed, changes were allowed early in the morning. My rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Everything was working as it should. The bed was firm and pillows soft. The only issue I had was my pillow cases smelled a little damp so I asked for new pillows and issue quickly resolved. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Even though tips are included in price, the staff still expects/ appreciates tips in person especially when the job is well done. "

"Only thing we didn't like was the lack of entertainment at night, show at 8pm too early, couldn't go to any of them. Food is good but not much variety in comparison to other All Inclusive we've been to. "

"The Posada Real has wonderful, friendly staff in an older, classic Mexican resort. Most of the guests are local and with families. The facilities are older and in need of some updating, especially around the pool area, but the location is great and right on the beach, and is very relaxing."
