The room was small but perfect for my stay 4 nights as i worked at Ft Mason. Great rate owners & staff are great. Parking is a little tight but is there.

Great value

Nice clean, updated room with a comfortable bed. Can’t beat the value being in Cow Hollow, close to Ghirardelli Square and easy to walk or Uber anywhere else in the city. Parking included — nice!

This motel is right in downtown San Fran. We felt safe and it was close to everything. You would have to drive though as it’s not right by the water even though it’s named Seaside Inn. Clean which is important to us. Know where you’re going when driving around San Fran and be sure to do the original cable car.

My room was not clean. The pillows had hair and some stain and dirt, the restroom didn't work well, there was a water leak. The location was amazing. It's nice to have the parking included but it is also a challenge because it's first come first serve and there are not enough spots in the parking lot. In general the hotel needs better cleaning.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The bed and room were adequate. However, it took an inordinate amount of time to get hot water, and the room was noisy from the guests above me and next to me. Also, the door needs weatherstripping, as a chilly draft occurred during my whole stay.

Location was good near to restaurant bar areas. Only downside was the walls with paper thin and bathroom needs upgrade. Staff are excellent and being walking distance (20 mins) to the wharf area was handy

Inexpensive given starred hotels almost 10x more due to a major conference but perfectly fine, and a nice location for coffee and food, plus parking. There are 6 or more similar small motels along Lombard, all looked well-kept but I know this one is!

Great little spot!

Great location, parking on site (this was my #1 priority), comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave, big shower, and would definitely stay again. TV didn't work but we didn't have time to use it anyway, walls were thin but not too distracting. 100% worth it for the price and free parking.
