I really enjoyed my stay at the Beresford Arms. I liked the ambiance & architecture of the place, the staff was efficient & nice, and all of the items that I expected from my stay was met.

Room and bath were very clean. The bed was really comfy. The hotel is charming and the staff were great. It is only a couple of blocks from Union Square and there were great breakfast places within a short walk. They do offer a nice continental breakfast in the hotel. The only thing we missed was a coffee pot in the room. They had coffee in the lobby, but we enjoy having coffee before we get dressed. Overall a great hotel with a lot of character.

Clean room Great staff. Great Cheese and wine hour! Had such a great time in hotel never made it out to Santa con. Vintage like hotel. Area outside of hotel not so nice but that’s what to expect of any hotel in union square area. Would recommend and stay here again

Helpful kind staff regarding everything. They were very helpful storing our luggage before we had to leave on an international flight. Called a taxi for us. Great coffee and continental breakfast. Room clean, quiet and everything we needed.

I had a great stay at the Beresford. The hotel had gone down hill until the new ownership -it's back to the good Beresford. The missing gem is the White Horse that made the hotel even that much more special. Staff was great and the room was clean. I will stay again for my next SF visit - mine was business related and they did a great job at valet with my rental.

Really surprised by this hotel, really lovely historic lobby, same with the hallways, chandeliers and nice pictures. The room are a good size; the bed was comfortable with a nice duvet and pillows. Bathroom nice, historic bathroom cabinet. Everything was very clean. Wine and cheese in the evening and you can sit in the lobby and enjoy. Generous continental breakfast, yogurt, croissants, muffin. Staff were very nice. You can tell by this review, the hotel was a great value and will definitely go back, you should too!
