"We stayed at this hotel bc it offered a shuttle. The morning of our flight, the shuttle driver told us to catch an Uber because he had gotten called in to work. This defeated the whole reason why I had chosen this hotel. Also, there was no breakfast available."

"The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. felt like sleeping on a board. The "blankets" on the bed were worthless-barely a coverlet. had to request extra blankets. if these are cost saving measures for the hotel, bad choice. A good nights sleep was NOT had here. the breakfast was pathetic. low quality "granola" bars and muffins. always ran out of real sugar and only offered fake creamer. I did ask about half and half and staff stated the real cream was not used because no one used it and it spoiled. no fresh fruit available. Because of these and staff reactions to my requests, i will NOT be returning to or recommending this chain of hotels."

"Such a cute hotel! The staff was very polite, the lobby and exterior are ornate, and the room had a small balcony with a great view overlooking downtown and some of the nearby landscape. The room wasn't ready until almost an hour and a half after check in time, but once we got access to the room everything was clean and looked well maintained, including the very comfortable and plush bed. The bathroom looked to be newly remodeled, with lots of light fixtures and polished stainless steel, although the shower drained slowly. The property details as well as the hotels website indicated that there were laundry services available, but when we asked, they stated that they only had dry cleaning. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind. Downstairs, there is a coffee shop with a small pastry selection instead of a breakfast area. We opted to go to a nearby diner instead for a full breakfast but there were a few patrons in the cafe seating area. Overall a good place to stay, albeit a little over priced for the amenities available."
