「Everything was fine, the room, the property, the air conditioning other than the person who checked me in. I was standing on the line to check in and it was my turn. The desk person tells me he’s serving the person who was behind me, because he was there before me. That hit me… that man wasn’t there when I walked in. I don’t care if they had unfinished business, they both had to respect the line. On top of that the front deck guy wasn’t even friendly at all. It was annoying. 」

「I would have given a 5 star but our room was the last on the hallway, right above the Trax train track which was rather loud, ending late and starting early. Not the best spot for getting a restful sleep. 」

「The room smelled of dog. I found hairs on my sheets and my child found a peace of meat and was eating it.」

「The hotel was ok. Staff was not overly friendly or attentive but not rude. The towels were so rough it was unpleasant to use them. It is the newest hotel in Spanish fork and the price is right. It is clean and quiet. 」

「We were staying here while stuck in Escrow, and the staff were more than accommodating, and understanding. Rooms were clean, property is well-maintained. Breakfast is pretty standard, however there's never an issue. Overall, comfortable, and quiet. 」

「As always the staff and room was great. I always stay with CB&M when i come to town. My last visit was canceled on the day i was supposed to check in due to emergency surgery, and even though i didn't pay for the insurance they still refunded my money for the stay. I'm always happy with them. Thank you. 」
