"The service was really good here - Staff was super helpful and friendly whenever I had any issues. However, I thought that it was a bit lacking overall compared to budget/cheaper options nearby. My friend’s parents stayed at the Crystal Inn, and it seemed to be a better stay. I thought the amenities/quality here would be worth the lack of free parking and breakfast, but that was not the case. For the first room we were put into, the lock did not work properly. We were promptly moved to a different room. During the second and subsequent days, there was no hot water. It got warm but never hot. Staff did send someone up, but the issue persisted. Luckily, our stay wasn’t for long. The shower was a bit dated, and the room was smaller than expected. The hotel room AC worked very well though. Very good location. Overall, it’s not bad, but there are cheaper and better options nearby."

"here were a few issues with the room. The phone didn't work and some outlets. The one hand towel was damp and that made the bath towel damp. When I went to the desk, the staff handled it promptly and included extra towels incase any others were damp."
