「A lovely B&B in the old town, close to the Duomo and the Giardino della Minerva, with good restaurants and shops close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the property were very helpful. 「Arriving wasnt a good experience. The host was not ready for us. The info to the apartment was sent after we have arrived trying to figure out how to get in. We arrived in a ran storm which doesnt help. Our room was cold, no information of any kind on our to work coffee machine , where to get anything, where the wifi is. We have to figure things out ourselves. When i message the host , i didnt get respond till the next day . The room was large though with balcony. Our room was not clean...

「The owners were very sweet, my only issue was that the room was 6 or 7 floors up. I knew there was no elevator just wish I would have know that it was on the top floors due to the fact that I have major knee problems, & lugging suitcases up was not fun for my husband. However the location was great, just a walk away from the water.」
