This is our second stay at Residenza Luce. Vincenzo and his entire family are so wonderful and take very very good care of you. A pure jewel and so convenient to restaurants (don’t miss Abside, outstanding!), shopping, bus to Ravello, ferry to Capri.

We had a wonderful stay with Residenza Luce! Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms with AC and wonderful breakfast on the rooftop. Location is also unbeatable with easy access to the shops below and ports / ferry. Booking a private transfer with them was seamless with a porter that helps to take luggage to the hotel. Our host Vincenzo and his family / team were the best and were so helpful, warm and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, thank you for the warm hospitality!

Residenza Luce was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, Vincenzo and his wonderful family made us feel less like hotel guests and more like guests in their home. Vincenzo could not have been more gracious or helpful, whether assisting with plans, restaurant recommendations or simply making sure we were comfortable, and his son Marco was equally welcoming and attentive. The breakfasts each morning were absolutely tremendous—generous, delicious and prepared with such care. Our room was lovely and impeccably maintained, and the location in the heart of Amalfi was perfect for exploring the town and the coast. What truly sets Residenza Luce apart, though, is the warmth of the family who runs it. Staying here gave us the wonderful feeling of experiencing Amalfi not simply as tourists, but as guests of a genuine Italian family. We left with very fond memories of both the hotel and the people who made our stay so special. We would return without hesitation and recommend Residenza Luce wholeheartedly.

The location is in the centre of Amalfi and everything is walking distance. Vincenzo was very helpful and guided us on the best way to get to the various places by ferry or local bus, the staff there were always on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was a OK had some vegetarian options but apart from that it was a really great place to stay.

YOU NEED TO BOOK RESIDENZA LUCE!!! It is the best boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious! The staff is so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing, honestly some of the best food we had!! The rooms are air conditioned and the hotel's location is the best, right above the shops on the main street, the room even had a balcony!!! Literally two minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, shops!!! We will be staying here again when we return to Amalfi!!!

Very pleasant accommodations in an absolutely prime location on the square in Amalfi. The staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A cozy breakfast on the terrace, with just the right amount of variety. Delicious cappuccino. The beds and pillows were a bit firm. But I highly recommend this family-run hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Residenza Luce on the Amalfi Coast! The location was absolutely perfect, everything was spotless, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. What made the experience even more special was that the property is managed by the owners themselves, which made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Vincenzo, and his son Marcos, and the entire family are wonderful hosts. They were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt cared for during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amalfi — an unforgettable experience!
