I stayed here with my daughters and the location couldnā€™t have been better right in the heart of a great shopping area. We were able to walk to both the train station and the ferry terminal, which made exploring the Amalfi Coast incredibly convenient. The room was spacious enough for the three of us and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay

Have stayed at Montestella a few times over the last 3 or 4 years.. One this occasion had a very small room at the back of the property.. Was clean, very comfortable bed and plenty of luggage space.. The shower however was extremely tight.. A larger person would struggle to use this area effectively.. A little disappointed with the shower situation but otherwise okay with basic breakfast included

Great central hotel in Salerno.

Excellent location from railway station & all amenities & places of interest. So easy to use as a base to travel to Popmpei or Paestum or Amalfi coast or even to Rome. Staff, Angela & Danielle were fantastic- so helpful & so friendly. Nice continental breakfast. Nice quite clean room - beds are a little hard if Iā€™m being totally honest. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

It was okay for an overnight stop. The front deak staff was incredibly kind and lovely. The rooms were bare and clean. The shower is tiny and was not very clean.
