"Staff were very kind and accommodating towards English communication. Very close to the Disney parks. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, definitely worth the price as long as you have the appetite."

"Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! "
