"The pictures on the website are completely different from reality. The person at reception is really rude. They won't let you sit in the common area after midnight and have ridiculous rules like you have to lock the door every time you go out. A truly awful experience."

"The accommodation was very responsive helpful to our needs which was greatly appreciated. It was close to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage station which made it very easy to travel and explore. The place felt very spacious for 8 people and was very accommodating. "

"With their creaky floors and thin walls, it was really difficult keep to their rules about not making noise at night. There must have been some sort of air con that ran throughout the whole apartment that made me cold during the nights. The friend whom I met while staying here and I found that the rooms were smaller than we imagined. The beds weren’t too bad but if you’re taller than 5’10 you should consider elsewhere. I have found that the coin laundry machines are so weak when drying it often...

"We loved staying here- it's like you rented a floor of a capsule hotel. Great for families or groups of friends. The door locks are on a code and the code kept failing, though the staff was helpful in getting them working again."

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"Bay view with Mount Fuji on the background was fantastic Awesome facilities and great food. The only drawback was the buffet options on our first night, which prevented us from going back any of the subsequent days. To their credit we were there quite late in the evening which may have affected the food options."
