"Everything was spotless, and the room was absolutely stunning—it exceeded all of my expectation's. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the mountain view from the hotel was breathtaking. The gym, sauna, pool, and spa facilities were exceptional. I also treated myself to a Turkish bath and a massage, and they were worth every penny. "We visited on the 5th of Aug 2026 the interior of the hotel was nice, but the location was very poor. The staff wasn't really helpful, the booking came with breakfast but you have to leave the hotel walk down the street to get your breakfast which was not good. The outside of the hotel was ver noisy right throughout the day and night. We stayed 1 night then changed our hotel the next day because it wasn't suitable for holiday families with young kids"
