Hotel is brand new as of 10/25/2026 our stay was perfect. Front desk was nice. An extra towel which is rare for japan. Paper towels. Plenty of space. Great location. Perfect for central location and not too far from going to Universal Studios. Best hotel of our Japan trip. Will likely just book this brand for all hotels when we come back.

Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. We selected this hotel not only because of the rooms that are designed for longer stays with larger groups, but also because of the price for what you get.
The room was perfect and although the hotel uses an eco cleaning service, in which sheets and towels can be requested to be replaced every three days, it worked out really well, plus our room had a combined washer and dryer which made our longer stays so much easier!
The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but the area has so...
