"1- Staff was great and very helpful. 2- pool area was great! 3- when booking ask for the updated rooms. Avoid rooms that don’t have a balcony to the pool. We switched the 2nd night as the first room we were in was very old, dated and to be honest disgusting. Night 2 we switched and stayed at a room that had a balcony to the pool. It was better (still not great). 4- restaurant I would give 5/10, but great but not bad. Overall- I would avoid this location. "

"Hotel is very well located - close walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Old Quebec. Buffet breakfast was quite good. Pool, gym, and sauna were excellent. "

"L hotel est bien pour ceux qui ont des enfants et quand meme bien entretenu. Le resto est moyen. Il y a beaucoup d activites tres interessantes pour les enfants."
