「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable!
We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away.
The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」

「I've stayed at this property many times. I was a little disappointed by the fact that they don't have soap bars to wash your hands. We had to use the body wash from the shower.
Other than that the service was mostly great. The bartenders were very attentive. 」
