「When I arrived this hotel, I told and showed my dog to young reception staff. And I signed agreement document. But 11:00 p.m. I was called that I should pay pet charge right now from other rude reception staff. I will never stay such rude hotel any more.」

「Everything was excellent. However wish we had free breakfast, and we wish the hostess when we checked was a little friendlier, the other 2 were ok. Not too friendly or attentive. Hotel was beautiful, clean etc. We would definitely return again 」

「Very pleasurable experience here. It’s not something we’ll do every year, as it is expensive. Spa services are especially expensive. Nonetheless, the staf performed flawlessly. Food was excellent. Grounds were well cared for.」

「We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place 」
