"We were not offered free breakfast but there was a restaurant attached. We were hungry when we checked in so ate in the restaurant. We disappointed that there were no American food choices on the menu. We would have even settled for a sandwich or hamburger, but a nice American meal would have been much appreciated."

"We have stayed at the sagebrush several times over the past 10-12 years and always been happy but the last trip we were disappointed with our room...it was not the one we booked and the walls were dirty and we weren't able to use the fireplace. The room was cramped and had old beat up furniture and just didn't have the charm that our other rooms have had in the past. Hopefully you will give some love to this hotel and make it special again."

Please feel free to call if you'd like more elaboration:- The toilet in the bathroom that's unattached to a bedroom backed up. It needed to be plunged earlier in the day, but backed up in the middle of the night. We cleaned up and laundered, but you might want to look into the plumbing.We found no soap for showering so I called the housekeeper. She informed us that the owner does not provide such soap. It's my opinion that it should be provided. Who would stay at a hotel that doesn't provide soap for taking a shower or bath?Last, although my friend from Ohio who met us there only specified that she could not manage steps, she had a few more problems than that. She didn't complain, but suggested the following for a more accessible experience: grab bars in the showers, grab bars next to the toilets, and a ramp up to the portal. The portal was difficult for her to navigate, although only one step up, it was high and the wood support posts were difficult for her to grab onto. I know you don't advertise the house as "accessible", but you might want to consider these easy solutions."

"This was a very cute, clean home. There is really nothing wrong with this property except one bedroom is in a finished garage. It is heated with a t.v., couch, two twins and a queen. It even has a recumbent bike. It just felt a little weird with a garage door with uncovered windows. A bit out of town but easy drive into town. Quiet and quaint. "
