"Unique and wonderful place. Outstanding service."

"Our stay at the Ryokan Tsuchi to Ito was nothing short of a dream. The ryokan itself is beautiful with gorgeous details and comfort in every corner. The host, Kimi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and provided wonderful recommendations as we spent our days exploring Nagano. The food is absolutely exceptional, and you can tell they take great pride in the food they grow and Kimi’s mom is an incredible cook. We will never forget our stay, and enthusiastically recommend...

"Wonderful we have a great time Cleaning is good staff is nice good location "

"The room was spacious and the food was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Japanese experience and at a lovely hotel with attentive staff. "

"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. "The staff are wonderful. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that our stay was great. We have a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure that he had special meals every time."

"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"

"建物が古いのは仕方ないが部屋に虫がいると凹む 料理は美味しかった"

"初め所で静な場所、料理が美味しいかったです。ありがとうございます。"

"真的不行，住宿附近沒有餐廳、 房間不整潔 枕頭有頭髮 地墊有野咬 開冷氣關窗，仍然聽到牛蛙在叫。 除非你是熱愛露營人士，否則不要選擇！ 題外話，入住當日遇上前台脾氣不好，遇上很差的體驗"
