Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge」

「I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable...
