"Perfect location as there is an underground train stop RIGHT at the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and London Bridge and other sites. GREAT rooftop bar with incredible views! They held our bags for us the next day so we could enjoy walking/sightseeing without the burden of luggage. Room was a bit tight but clean and had great blackout shades."

"Stayed in room 126 (front of main building above e reception)for 3 nights. Room was compact but clean and modern. Location of room wasnt great for us. Noisy neighbours coupled with loud traffic outside (which I was surprised at as I thought it was a quiet area). Asked to switch to a quieter room which staff were helpful and willing to accommodate however this didnt work out "

"Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Was close to Canary Wharf, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. But, parking fee was obscene even with the discount code, the room was shabby, and the main thing was our AC wasn’t working, we were given keys to 2 other rooms none of which were working. The only thing they did was let us have an extra room for free, as we were 3 adults sharing, so at least we managed to spread out. But it was still so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, and the it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Ruined the next day to be honest as we were all so tired. "

"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."
