"Overall the experience was good. There was an odor in the room we had to buy an air freshener. Quiet floor on the 3rd level. I believe the front desk staff was name Crystal she was very nice upon arrival and departure. She maintained a very pleasant appeal. Location was FANTASTIC. I will say it’s worth staying there for convenience and price. My wife and I would stay there again."

"Upon arrival, the concierge was extremely rude during check-in, but her attitude changed once her manager walked by. The rest of the staff was very friendly, especially the bartender at the restaurant. He made sure everyone who sat down felt welcomed and taken care of. I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, but unfortunately our room was extremely hot. No matter how many times we adjusted the air conditioning, the room still felt like a sauna. Overall, the cleanliness and the kindness of most of the staff made for a good experience, but the room temperature issue was a major downside."

"Front desk was very busy. The young lady handled herself very well. My only negative is she is so soft spoken it is very hard to hear her. Even my 14 year old commented on the fact he appreciated how helpful she was when he went down later, he just wished he could hear what she’s saying better and I had not even mentioned my thoughts. He too said soft spoken. She did excellent, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, she is just quiet."
