The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

"This has become my new number one as far as five star hotels in manilla. Amazing customer service! Everyone in the hotel from the bell hop to the elevator attendant. Hospitality to a whole new level! The location is ideal as well, SM mall located 1 minute walk from the entrance which connects with several other malls attached to that. The smell in the hotel is incredible, no matter what floor or where your at the overwhelmingly pleasent smell is there. The food at the location was astounding. The pantry had an amazing breakfast spread as well, a fine selection of asian dishes. Overall i can't find anything negative to say. Incredible place, would highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again!"
