リゾートホテルという名前だが・・・

お客さん訪問にあわせて近くのホテルを選んだらここしかありませんでしたが、リゾートホテルと言うことで多少の期待感を持って予約しました。 しかし、周辺には出張者が立ち寄れるような店は皆無で、ホテルの敷地以外ではくつろげる感じではなかったです。 ホテルはWiFi環境は悪い、売店もショボイ、食事はレストランでしか取ることが出来ず2泊が限界でした。 シーフード盛り合わせを食べましたが、同行者とも食あたりで帰路、帰国後もダウンしてました。 もう使うことはないと思います。

The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure.

It’s the only decent hotel resort in Rosario so it’s my go-to when I come to visit. Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful Nice pool exclusive for hotel guests Restaurant on-site Strong A/C Strong Water Pressure Close to town proper Getting a tricycle or jeep is easy Bed, sheets, comforter and pillows are decent Provides bathroom essentials Cons: WiFi is horrible, pretty much non-existent. Stayed here probably 10 times and no matter what room I’m in, the WiFi signal strength was poor. Not enough to even upload photos to FB. Rooms are very small No elevator Hot water is hit or miss Small TV and hard to operate No sheer curtains. Once you open the curtains people can see inside your room

I like hotel for the serene atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff, they try theie best to accommodate all your needs when asked. Like the amenities with restaurants and by the beach and swimming pool will definitely book this hotel again

Okay stay but definitely could've been better

The stay was ok. The rooms were a little small. I actually got food poisoning from their breakfast (garlic fried rice), after that I just had toast and coffee. The staff was very helpful and had an upbeat attitude.

We love the place and the service, accessible to public transportation spacious parking. rooms may need some upgrades. There is no elevator. But the staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant has excellent service and palatable food.

I was expecting a pleasant a 7 day stay here at this hotel based on their claims of being the most luxurious hotel in the area. The management seems to be focused on trying to make as much money as they can from their current guests rather than customer satisfaction and future returns.

Superb gardens that are well kept. The setting is great and I will return. Food ok but the breakfasts shoud be served hot. WiFi fast in some rooms. No WiFi in others. Good for families and events but needs improving for business travellers. Need more power points in rooms and outside.

Mount Sea Service FirstRate

Although the service was excellent, the “resort” is a bit dated. Keep in mind it’s the only decent hotel in Cavite. The beds were very hard, there are limited places to hang your towels or set your toiletries. The small refrigerator is on the floor so not easily accessible.Hangers were few and frail. It was very clean.

The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place like put time and money into it. They badly need an overhaul. If you want to stay here I wish you the best of luck not worth the hassle and money to stay. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! STAY AWAY!! Would rather sleep on the street than stay here.

Wait staff at the restaurant excellent. However, beach front property this is not . Beach is filthy polluted and blocked by rusty bar wire fence. Inside the facility the room had visible mildew and mold growing. The AIr conditioning had the smell even worse. No screens on the windows so we couldn’t get outside air without bringing in mosquitoes. Additionally, mosquitoes made their way in through the exhaust vent in the bathroom and also the the hallway door to the exterior that was often propped open. We couldn’t stay past the 1st night due to the serious health concerns of staying. The next place we stayed had none of these issues . We loved the Philippines and the people and culture, but this facility needs serious attention.

2度と泊まりません

写真で見るとリゾートホテルのようでしたが、全く安っぽいホテルでした。外はプールで騒ぐゲストがうるさく、食事もチープ。周りには何もなく、TVはつかない。空港までのタクシーは無く、車は手配してくれましたが、2900ペソかかりました。

その名の通りバックパッカー向けではないです

１．マニラからのアクセス　バス（40ペソ、30分）、ミニバス（１１ペソ、１５分）を乗り継ぐことになるので、慣れていないとかなりしんどい。ホテルからマニラへの車は手配可、２５００ペソ。　２．シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出ました。３．売店はリーズナブルな料金。４．海から近いが泳げない。ホテル内に２５ｍプールあり。５．スタッフはフレンドリー。６．ハウスキーピングを頼んだら５分以内で来てくれました。７．ロビーはきれい、対して室内はまあまあ。落差大。8.この辺にはほかに適当なホテルなし。
