「The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. The condensation from the A\C unit produces a dripping sound that was at first alarming at 3:00 AM as we thought there was a leak. There was often the smell...

「Great weekend getaway」

「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...
