"The hotel and room were dated and in poor shape. The shower head and toilet flush wouldn’t work. The drawers (to place your clothes) were stained and dirty. The breakfast was inedible. Only the location is good; otherwise, the hotel is very bad. "

"This well-situated hotel was a great find. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean and regularly refreshed with a great view over the Opera House forecourt . Breakfast was included with our room and was both plentiful, full of choice and healthy. I would definitely book there again if we came to Rome."

"We were not offered nor told where to have breakfast. The room was poorly maintained. Floor boards need replacing, bathroom counters could be cleaner. Shower leaks into the bathroom and soaks the floor. There is barely enough floor pace to open a large suitcase. The limo service the hotel uses had a vehicle that is clearly falling apart, the rear view mirror was held by tape that kept falling off while the driver was driving. His right hand was on the mirror, left hand was on the steering wheel while driving on the highway. It was a very scary ride."
