"ドイツ系のホテルは、ロビーには金かけないで、質実剛健！　レストランでは、パン職人が大きな棚から、パンを出し入れしてくれる　レイアウトも合理的で、とても良い感じを受けました。　昨年は、同系列のGEMの近くでしたが、カイロ博物館の近くの方が良いですねー　ただ、バスタブが無かったので、少し残念ですが！"

"部屋の照明を全部つけてもとても暗かった。また調度品もかなりガタがきていて部屋全体が埃ぽかった。その後、トランジットを含めて20時間ぐらいの空の旅になったのだが、体中が痒くなりホテルに着いて見てみたらダニが噛んだ跡が30ケ以上見つかった。又、レストランのサービスは、とても悪かった。"

"We stayed here on our honeymoon, and although it was our first day in Egypt, we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. When they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by decorating our room with a cake and rose petals, which was incredibly thoughtful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The view from the room was also amazing, and it became a memory we will cherish for a lifetime.
