「The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.」

「Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return」

「We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

「The problem of the property is that there is not a good connection between the 2 sides of the road. It's very hard for european to cross the roads while no traffic light works to guarantee a safe passage on the other side of the road where the mall is located nearby. The property was clean and good equipped. Internet working well. Good to move by UBER or similar.」

「Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t! 「The property we stayed in was very good Since this property was near the entrance of the complex, there were a lot of noise in the mornings ( the dispute of the security with different drivers entering the complex) Overall 10 out of 10 for the property however 8 out of 10 for the ongoing constructions etc…」
