「The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.」

「We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast.
