「We are 4 teacher friends from SC that like to explore. The house was roomy, clean, nicely appointed, walkable and on a safe and quiet street. Any question we could possibly have was in a binder inside. The house was cute and updated nicely. The large kitchen was nice. We never felt crowded at all. We enjoyed Franklin Street as a home base as we explored the Maine coastline!」

「Property was vey nice. Bathroom upstairs should be updated to include a shower especially for large groups. Bathrooms smelled if windows did not remain open. Trees coming into property need to be cut back given it was extremely hard to safely exit the property to the left given you could not see oncoming traffic. However, in all it was very a enjoyable vacation.」

「This was our second time staying at Montgomery Cottage and we came back because we loved it so much the first time. The home has everything you need with the bonus of washer/dryer and pet-friendly! Walking distance to downtown Rockland, Harbor Walk and Sandy Beach. Easy drives to many other Maine destinations. The home is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!」
