"The studio apartment was very clean and in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The beds mattress could have been of higher quality. However this is not enough to turn me away from renting this place again."

"Liked the room. Liked the location. Parking was in a lot next to the building. I would suggest reading instructions and looking on Google maps at the satellite image of building and the bingo place. Made it very simple to see before we made the drive."

"The inside of the apartment was clean and there were plenty of blankets and toiletries. The outside looks like it used to be a Chinese restaurant. Everything was adequate except for the water pressure in the shower. Pressure was very low."

"This property is a nice, peaceful walk to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was in great condition. It was not a problem for us, but be aware you need to be able to walk up spiral stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms."

We mostly used the home as our home base but would love to come back and spend time relaxing on the lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Can’t beat this setting if you want peace and quiet in the Maine woods. You won’t regret spending time in this gem!"

"A great place to stay. Clean, convenient, a beautiful view, and a responsive host that has thought of everything. I love that they had French press coffee (as well as keurig if that’s more your style) this allowed me to enjoy mornings overlooking the harbor without leaving to find my morning pick me up. I forgot soap/shampoo, no problem there’s a dispenser in the shower. I will definitely being staying here again when coming to see family. The only thing I would mention as something to think of...

"This was our fourth vacation trip to the mid-coast Maine area. We thought we would take a chance at staying on a beach front property. I failed to realize that the location was directly on a major highway with very heavy car and truck traffic. Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation. It was impossible to shut out the heavy traffic noise which made sleeping very difficult until the wee hours of the morning. The heavy truck...

"A lovely quaint apartment. Easy to find and easy access. Area was very quiet and peaceful, even with the nearby restaurant open. If you don't like stairs look elsewhere, especially with the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. However, if you love idyllic villages by the ocean and peaceful morning walks with amazing views then this is your place. The pictures are accurate, the kitchen well furnished, and there is a blind for the skylight. My only complaint would be the tv is in an awkward place...

"Visiting with family while enjoying a vacay away from traffic and the busyness of the touristy areas. The 2 br with full kitchen was perfect fir my cousin and I. The views and salt air were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside for some people might be that the accommodations were on the 2nd floor. It was not a problem for us. The host was very helpful and the apt was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. We loved our stay and hope to come...

Not only was it clean, artfully designed/decorated, but it had a beautiful view of a pond and stream with the relaxing & meditative sound of the water heard at all times! "We went kayaking and biking in Acadia National Park, but we enjoyed staying away from the tourist crowds on this property. It was a super cute house, on a gorgeous setting on a hill. And the town of Belfast has many options to eat and shop. Definitely coming back!!"
