"Probably the nicest hotel staff I have encountered in a while. Very kind. Before cleaning up the breakfast at 9, they would ask if we were finished. Check in was easy. Not the fanciest hotel, but clean and great location, not to mention great value. Would stay there again!"

"Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. When I arrived they said the people that had stayed in it had extended their stay. Not sure how that can happen when I specifically reserved that room. No one noticed me of any changes. They did give me 2 separate rooms to make up for it but then my family was separated. Not very impressed, and there was splatter of something on the walls, the bedding was ripped. Won’t be staying at this particular hotel again. Which is a shame because we love Staybridge Suites. "

"We were there for a concert at Notre Dame Stadium and I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle and was told no. Once I git back I saw a printed paper advertising shuttle for concert. Need accurate and consistent info from this property. Just made it inconvenient for us."

"It was an OK hotel for one night. It was cold in Mishawaka the night we stayed and heat didn't work. So we bundled up and slept in sweatshirts instead of making a deal of it. Bathroom was old, but relatively clean. Again, a nice hotel for a one night stay."
