The design and interior decoration is 5 star - you feel like you are being pampered 24/7. The position is the border between Seapoint and Bantry Bay so ideal for beaches, restaurants and nightlife. 「The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. 「The window view of lion's head mountain is amazing, as well as the furniture of apartment, however I noticed a lack of draining in the bathroom which I think would a great addition to the room. All in all 9.5/10」
