「front desk very good very helpful. morning brekfast was fair, poorly land out, utensils poorly set up」

「The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were a little understaffed, but those who were working did more than their fair share of work and cleaning, and were still very accommodating and good natured. They all need raises.」

「hot tub sauna」

「The first room had a leaking toilet. When we entered, the room smelled of wet carpet. They offered to towels on the bathroom floor but I said, you have got to be kidding. we were also told that there was another room on the second floor that had a leaking toilet and it was dripping through the ceiling and on to the room below. Then they offered us another room on the second floor which was ok until we found out that there was no elevator. We had a lot of heavy luggage and I was having a gout...

「Loved the location. Thought the outside fire could be lit longer than 10 pm.」

「Very poor quality towels」

「The breakfast was not what I wxpected」

「location」

「The one big drawback is that it fully smells like bug spray. Sorry, won't be staying there twice.」

「The breakfast was amazing, such good variety. The staff kept the array of food full until the end. The fruit was very fresh. The serving area was large so nothing was crowded, lots of room for serving yourself. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.」

「The property was very nice and clean. The staff was great. Very helpful! I was there to attend a concert at DECC and when I mentioned that I was planning to walk to the arena I was told there was a complimentary shuttle that would drop off/pick up at the venue. What a wonderful service!! The driver was very nice and accommodating. My mom who didn’t go to the concert was taken and picked up safely at the casino downtown. I am very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay...

「Everything was good. I feel kids should be out of the hot tub area earlier than 9:30 so adults can enjoy it」
