「お部屋にケミカルを使用してる為 部屋に入った途端に喉がいたかった。 水もなく困った。 ジャグジーはよかったけど 部屋のフロアがあまり綺麗ではない。 シャンプーなどなかった。 」

「We could not get the thermostat to our liking and we could not get the safe to work. The front desk said they would send somebody to fix it, but nobody ever came.」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Ok location within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Small hotel, no amenities, a/c none existent in lobby and very little in the room, no breakfast, check-in is still done by paper, you have to ask to get your room cleaned, towels or anything else that is standard at every other hotel on the planet. They still use house keys for the room, dim lighting in the hallways, and unfriendly staff. We travel a lot and this is the most horrible place we’ve ever stayed. Pictures and...

「We wait for one hour to get our room, on the wait they change us to another room because the room still unavailable. We have only one light at the bathroom and the toilet paper was a very but very low quality. No door at the shower for the type of design but you spill water out side when you are showering, the mirror of the bathroom supposed lighter but not working too. All the light inside the room as indirect lights but you can notice you need more light than that! And this is sad because...
