"I’ve stayed in many hostels around the world, and this one is definitely on the expensive side for a hostel. However, it’s very clean, the amenities are excellent, and most importantly, the staff are amazing. They speak English and are always helpful. I liked the separate female toilets and showers. If you do not drink alcohol like me, they will offer a free non alcoholic drink on your first day. The location is about a 20–25 minute walk from Shibuya Station and the main attractions. I personally didn’t mind that."

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."
