"The staff are very nice, cordial. The location is perfect. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had a great time, wishing the weather was better. It’s very likely that we will visit again and will love to stay there again."

"The Toshogu Shrine and Shinto Bridge are within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance for lunch, including a Lawsons! They have a free shuttle to and from the train station, what a nice accommodation. The rooms were spacious and clean. The onsen was clean and also has an outdoor onsen! The food was delicious and they different each night and breakfast! I highly recommend this ryokan and I would definitely come back here when visiting Nikko!"

"Pleasant staff and useful shuttle pick up at Nikko train station. Perfect location to access temples and shrines. Thoroughly enjoyed spacious room and cleanliness. Refined meals with option to have western or japanese style breakfasts. Recommends without hesitation."

"Nice new building & modern rooms, friendly staff, convenient and free parking. Walkable from the train station but is uphill and not very close (probably not a good idea with bags). The property offers free transfers from the station, but only hourly and just a few times a day - I would not consider this a negative though given the hotel is affordable and taxi rides are cheap. "Hotel had everything and was conveniently located 50 steps from bus stop you need to see everything around the area. Really like their locker system for leaving luggage after check out without having to worry about front desk being available after returning from sight seeing. Staff super friendly and nice. "
