「Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hébergement pour une journée à Phantasialand. L’arrivée s’est parfaitement passé comme indiqué dans les messages de Vlad. 「Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Man wohnt wie beschrieben in sehr ruhiger Lage.Die sauberkeit war ok. Mann hat viel Platz in der Wohnung. Es waren 2 kleine Stufen zu überwinden was aber für leicht laufeingeschränkte mit Hilfe gut zu machen ist. Was ich schade fand die Zahlungsaufteilung war nicht genau beschrieben. Am Tag der Anreise erfuhren wir erst das der Hund extra kostet was nicht einsehbar war. Sonst alles ok, kommen gerne wieder.」

"The location is excellent, and the Cathedral View was very nice. However, at check-in, the first room offered did not seem to match the room category I had booked through Hotels.com. I asked the front desk to check the reservation again, waited for a while, and was eventually given the correct Cathedral View room. The stay itself was fine after that, but the check-in process could have been smoother. If you book a specific view or room category, I recommend confirming the details at arrival. 立地とCathedral Viewは良かったです。ただ、チェックイン時に最初に案内された部屋が予約内容と違うようだったため、フロントで確認してもらい、最終的には正しい部屋に変更されました。眺望指定の部屋を予約する場合は、到着時に確認するのがよいと思います。"
