「The hotel and the room looks modern and inviting. The check-in/checkout process is high tech. But, the biggest issue is that there is no service staff available at the hotel to help. Our main concern was cleanliness. The bedding sheets and pillow covers hadn't been replaced and were dirty. When I messaged the hotel support through the Expedia app chat, they responded.. but it was all about check here.. check there for new sheets. But, there was no new replacement sheets in the room closet nor in...

「The sauna is amazing. Room is bit dark, though. Will appreciate a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet.」

「Pros: Nice-looking room and lobby. Glad to have a refrigerator in the room. Entrance & room access code was easy to use. Cons: 15-20min. walk to the city center, but it's mostly flat and walkable. Shower curtain was a little mildewy. No ramp at the entrance stairs. Overall, it was a good value for the price. Thank you.」
