「We paid a premium price for a very standard room. Double bed with hard pillows. Very dated in the decor and furnishings. I was disappointed with the whole experience. Set menu for the evening was very pricy and was underwhelming. Breakfast was what saved the day, nice ingredients, great selection. Staff were friendly.」

「The breakfast was the only redeeming thing about our stay. Rooms were old a musty smelling, the carpets were so old and stained and wrinkled in places. The bottled water in the rooms were reused bottles that they top up. 」

「My 3 daughters and I stayed one night here on a road trip. We had a suite which was not connected to the main hotel but in a quaint, hidden lot. The area was well lit and felt safe enough. The single beds were a bit uncomfortable with a hard bar across the center. The bathrooms were nice and clean with nice a shower and large tub. Check-in was quick and easy, and the desk staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the website states there is on-site laundry facilities but we were told that...

「The parking was problematic as some had parked a petrol car in the charging bay, which they did move on request. The room was cold as someone had left the window open. The room and hallway smelt of smoking and generally was very old. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bud was comfy. There was no hot water in the morning until I went to reception and asked about it and was told just run the water. The towel rail was broken with electric cable hanging off.
